Description: Get ready to learn the fundamentals of flag football while building coordination, confidence, and teamwork! Students will develop essential skills through fun, age-appropriate drills and games, including proper grip and stance, handoffs, flag pulling, throwing and catching, and understanding basic route trees. As students progress, they’ll practice applying these skills through interactive activities and game situations while developing agility, coordination, communication, and sportsmanship. This enrichment is a great introduction to the fundamentals of flag football in a fun and supportive environment!
