OUR PROGRAMS
New! MATH MARVELS for Middle School
AROUND THE WORLD
Rising (24-25 School Year) Pre-K, Kindergarten, 1st & 2nd Grade
Journey through the world exploring song, dance, art, cuisine, language and more. Campers practice school routines, hold important classroom responsibilities, and collaborate through engaging and hands-on activities and projects, all the while enhancing their understanding of the world around them. Week after week, campers grab their passports and travel to a different part of the globe. Each day is framed by a unique question for campers to explore.
- How do people around the world celebrate and express their cultures?
- How do people communicate and share their stories?
- How do children play and have fun in various cultures?
- How does the environment influence the way people live in different countries?
- What makes each region special and unique?
Campers will explore these questions through a multi-disciplinary lens, combining familiar subjects to help them unpack their own answers to these exciting questions. Our curriculum is loosely framed by California State Standards for Pre-K through 2nd grade along with the Learning for Justice Standards standards around identity, diversity, justice and action. The classroom environment is playful, student-centered, and highly engaging. Grab your passports and travel with us all summer!
